The Company will undertake turnkey fit out projects for Hospitality,Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etcDuties And ResponsibilitiesUsing CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approvalGathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layoutsReworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clientsInteracting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide supportEnsuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintainedEnsuring that all layouts and blueprints are complying with industry codes and legal standardsCollecting accurate information on the design requirements for projectsSupervise the designing activities to ensure the accuracy of their structural plansMaintain contact with clients during building construction to help resolve possible design problemsLiaising with the Project Manager and all other relevant Departments in regard to all design and engineering schedulingPersonal qualitiesWe are looking for a versatile Lead Designer in KSA who has the following experience, skills and personal attributes:Bachelors degree in architecture or relevant fieldHaving more than 8 years of interior fit out experience encompassing design, detailing, joinery, and furniture installationPossess the ability to develop projects through the full design process from concept design to project deliveryExcellent technical skills, particularly with AutoCAD softwareStrong creative design and time management skillsExcellent calculations and mathematical skillsWe are looking forward to receiving your application for the position as Lead Designer in KSA in case you meet the above-mentioned criteria.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
