About the jobWe are looking for Sales Specialists to acquire new merchants for Nomod.About the jobWe’re looking for Sales Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can think on their feet, has great communication skills, understands the art of persuasion, and relishes selling innovative technology.As a Sales Specialist you will:Develop leads, identify, engage with, and acquire new merchantsOnboard new merchants by assisting them with verification, training them on how to use Nomod, and run their first transactionsGenerate creative ideas about how to grow our merchant base and our payment volumeGrow existing merchants by understanding how they operate, their priorities, and how Nomod can help grow their businessCreate and define new processes to improve our existing sales processListen for and collate feedback from merchantsBe the voice of our merchants to ensure that we’re building product that addresses their needsLearn, understand, and dive deep into finance and technology ideas that affect our merchantsWork with an agile, globally distributed team and be able to harness constructive feedbackBe proud of what you work on, whilst obsessing about the quality of what you produceHave regular opportunities for career growth. We’re growing quickly and are forming new teams as we do.
