Job Description
The Market Research & Market Analyst oversees and manages market research activities within Master group. This role involves analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and support marketing efforts, examines market conditions to assess potential sales opportunities for a product or service. This role is crucial for developing strategies that align with consumer needs and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to identify research needs and objectives.
- Analyze data and produce actionable insights that guide strategic planning.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of research methodologies and data collection processes.
- Collect and analyze data about consumers, competitors, and market trends.
- Identify potential markets for expansion or product launches.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing market conditions, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
- Provide recommendations based on data findings to guide marketing and business strategies.Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
