Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Monitor daily sales activities, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training needs for team members.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and report findings to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales team members.
