Cooperating with the sales team to develop reach strategies to achieve sales goals through market visits, field training for sales representatives, and participation in sales team meetings.
Tracking the sales objectives progress and monitoring KPIs.
Follow up on sales activities in the market and identify sales team needs.
Identify potential customers and proactively search for opportunities in the market.
Staying up to date on market trends, competition and industry updates.
Participate regular meetings and organizing communications between current & potential customers and sales team.
Providing regular reports of sales activities and results to the direct manager.
Design rewards and encouragement program for the sales team in coordination with HR team and participating in setting sales KPIs to support goals and plans.
