ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company building an elite in-house cold call team. We’re looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented team manager to recruit, train, and lead a small team of cold callers focused on generating leads from motivated property owners in the U.S. housing market.

  • Hire, onboard, and train new cold callers
  • Manage and support a team of 3–5 English-speaking callers
  • Track and report on daily KPIs (dials, contact rate, lead generation, etc.)
  • Perform weekly QA by reviewing call recordings
  • Lead daily check-ins to keep your team sharp and focused
  • Work closely with ownership to scale and optimize the operation

This is not a beginner position. We need someone who’s already managed cold callers or outbound sales agents, understands KPIs, and can hold reps accountable without babysitting.
