Job Description
- Lead a team of B2E sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team, and monitor their progress regularly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets, potential clients, and industry trends to create effective sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
