Job Description

  • Lead a team of B2E sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team, and monitor their progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets, potential clients, and industry trends to create effective sales strategies.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.

      .   Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to effectively guide the sales team and adapt strategies accordingly.
