Corporate Trainer – Power Platform

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Platform Developer, and Power BI.
  • Develop and customize training materials and resources based on the specific needs of the audience.
  • Conduct hands-on exercises, workshops, and interactive sessions to enhance learning and engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the Power Platform and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate training strategies.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

               Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Power Platform technologies.
  • MCT Certification is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Platform Developer, and Power BI.
  • Any PL series certification will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to customize training content and materials based on the audience’s requirements.
  • Familiarity with App Maker, Citizen Developer, and Power Platform Solution Architecture is preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
