Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Developer Lead to guide a team of web and mobile developers in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in JavaScript, modern web frameworks, and mobile development platforms, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Essential Functions

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
• Help architect robust, secure, and scalable solutions using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and mobile technologies (Ionic, React Native, or native Android/iOS).
• Mentor and support local and offshore team members.
• Collaborate with business leads to define requirements and delivery timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and delivery dates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of bugs and production incidents.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (Ionic, React, Angular).
• Experience with mobile development using Ionic, React Native, or native iOS/Android.
• Familiarity with REST/oData/JSON APIs, version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or cloud platforms like Azure/AWS
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web and mobile development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
