About the Client:Our client is a prominent real estate developer known for its exceptional portfolio and commitment to excellence. The company’s current project portfolio includes iconic residential and commercial tower developments and upcoming hospitality developments.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads the digital marketing initiatives and drives the company’s online presence to new heights. This role is in implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to business needs, focusing on performance and awareness campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and improve engagement and conversion rates. Manage web, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising campaigns.Designs, builds, and maintains the company’s digital presence. Oversee the management of all digital platforms and channels, including but ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging.Evaluate key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization. Leverage strong analytical skills to analyze the complete customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and website optimization to increase online visibility and drive trafficStay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, implementing innovative strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and meet targets. Measure and report digital marketing performance against goals (ROI and KPIs), identify trends, and optimize spend based on insights.Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to digital marketing activities, ensuring all campaigns adhere to legal standardsProvide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related fieldAny Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing or Digital Marketing10-15 Years of experience, out of which a minimum of 10 years of experience in social media and digital marketing roles.Experience in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Adobe AnalyticsProven track record of success in developing and executing effective performance campaignsExperience in a real estate company in the UAEExperience in content creation, such as writing engaging copy, designing visually appealing graphics, and producing videos that capture attention and drive engagement.Deep understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Strong expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies is essential. This includes knowledge of SEO, SEM, performance marketing, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, and other digital marketing
