Job Description

Following up all the documents for all clients after loading (finalize the final commercial invoice & packing list, certificates required based on each country, export declaration, origin certificate, bill of lading, all loaded shipment ,any required docs needed 

2. Recording all the documents on the system.

Send the original docs to the clients by the carrier- ensure that the goods arrive safely at port of discharges.

Following up the vessel’s estimated schedule time for departure and arrival at port of discharges.

  1. Ledger 
    1. Handle ledger and all the clients’ account balances (responsible for recording the cash flow & goods in and out of each client’s account).
    2. Coordinating the shipments with logistics, finance and warehouse dept.’s after loading.
    3. Closing reports for finance dept. from the client accounts.
    4. Collection the amount from clients to finalize the shipments with finance dept.
