Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. You will be responsible for monitoring traffic, improving conversion rates, enhancing the customer experience, and ultimately growing our online revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, website analytics, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving online landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Website Management & Optimization:
- Implement and optimize website content, layout, and navigation to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement in functionality, performance, and SEO.
- Collaborate with web development and design teams to implement website enhancements and resolve technical issues.
- Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:
- Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM/PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
- Implement and analyze A/B tests on website elements and recommend marketing campaigns to improve performance.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Customer Experience & Operations:
- Ensure a seamless online customer journey from product discovery to post-purchase.
- Monitor and address customer inquiries and issues related to online orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with other departments to ensure efficient order processing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Ensure that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
- Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and key marketing metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the wider team based on data analysis.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, warehouse and workshop teams to ensure a cohesive online strategy.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
