Job Description
- Has knowledge about international trade laws, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Involved in sales, marketing, developing export strategies, and freight forwarder companies.
- Prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, providing ongoing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Finding, qualifying, and onboarding new international clients.
- Overseeing the entire export sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Negotiating sales agreements and ensuring compliance with contract terms, including payment and delivery terms, following up with the customers’ transfers, and matching them with the bank statements.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., shipping companies, customs brokers, banks ) to ensure smooth and compliant export operations.
- Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data.
- Representing the company at international trade shows, conferences, and other events to build relationships and promote the company’s products.
- Export invoices, which may include commercial invoices, proforma invoices, and other relevant documents, are crucial for customs clearance, payment processing, and tracking the flow of goods.
- Creating detailed invoices with all necessary information for customs and payment purposes.
- Following up with factories the containers loading process, issuing packing lists, and handling containers.
- Follow up on export and import support invoices related to outbound shipments of goods.
