Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients (mainly Africa and the Middle East).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target export markets.
  • Manage the full sales process — from lead generation and proposal to delivery and payment.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, prepare clear and structured offers, and ensure high responsiveness.
  • Coordinate daily with logistics, production, and finance to ensure seamless execution with no delays.
  • Monitor market movements, customer trends, and competitors to support smart pricing and positioning.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and convert raw data into actionable insights and reports.
  • Contribute to strategic market plans and assist in quarterly business reviews with analytical input.
  • Ensure correct application of Incoterms, shipping arrangements, and export documentation.
  • Maintain clean records, follow-up reports, and sales pipelines in a structured, professional manner.
