Job Description
- Supervise and lead the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA channel and implement strategies to expand market share.
- Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal product placement.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to HORECA clients to assess needs, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives to enhance team performance and professional growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with HORECA partners in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
