Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the LMS platform.
  • Configure, test, and deploy new e-learning courses and content.
  • Monitor system performance and promptly resolve technical issues.
  • Provide user support and training for staff and learners on LMS functionality.
  • Ensure data integrity and generate reports on user progress and course effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and trainers to develop interactive learning solutions.
  • Implement security protocols and manage access permissions to protect sensitive data.
  • Stay updated on LMS trends and recommend improvements or upgrades.
  • Manage the payment integration process.
