Job Description

  • Design the marketing strategy and the marketing campaigns to: (1) create demand for ERC’s land plots in the Sahl Hasheesh development project; and (2) create end consumer demand for the Sahl Hasheesh development.
  • Implement the marketing plan for the Sahl Hasheesh development project to ensure alignment of marketing activities to plan. 
  • Analyze performance of marketing plan for the Sahl Hasheesh development project in order to prioritize and plan the marketing activities.
  • Develop and submit for approval the budget for the Sahl Hasheesh development project and manage the detailed marketing plan and budget to achieve the marketing objectives.
  • Manage all marketing activities in accordance with the marketing plan to ensure timely and effective marketing actions that strengthen company’s competitive position.
  • Manage marketing consultants, creative and advertising agencies ensuring coordination in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives for the Sahl Hasheesh development project to ensure that all marketing objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct research on potential seminars or exhibitions and participate in key events to increase awareness about the Sahl Hasheesh development project.
  •  Develop the Sahl Hasheesh project brand and liaise with the sub-developers to share all relevant communications and campaign guidelines, ensuring a consistent brand message.
  • Manage the identification of potential customers and the due diligence exercise of reviewing the developers’ business plans, current developments and projects, in order to short list them as potential customers.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications or with external marketing agencies in order to develop internet mail campaigns, targeted advertising campaigns, project websites, brochures etc. and increase awareness for the Sahl Hasheesh project.
