Job Description

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based startup specializing in web and mobile application development, seeking an experienced and highly fluent Senior Outbound Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales campaigns, engaging with high-potential prospects, and closing deals with businesses primarily based in the United States. You’ll work closely with our leadership and delivery teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with our offerings and client expectations.

This role requires a high level of English fluency, professionalism, and confidence in dealing with native English-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads and cold prospects within the U.S. market

Deliver persuasive sales pitches aligned with our web and mobile solutions

Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and qualification to follow-ups and closing

Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach activities, lead status, and conversion performance

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize messaging and product-market fit

Represent our brand professionally and confidently in all communications

Work remotely and align working hours with U.S. time zones (EST Time zone)
