  4. Assist the sales team in understanding and presenting product value propositions.
  5. Provide technical or product-related support during client meetings, presentations, or demonstrations.
  6. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the sales team.
  7. Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product information or solutions.
  8. Gather customer feedback to identify pain points, desired features, and market trends.
  9. Build relationships with key customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
  10. Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
  11. Collaborate with marketing to highlight competitive advantages and adjust strategies.
  12. Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.
  13. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication.
