- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the sales team.

- Build relationships with key customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to highlight competitive advantages and adjust strategies.
- Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication.
