Job Description

  • Maintains customer satisfaction by setting correct customer expectations and managing proactively
  • Ensures project delivered with agreed upon project scope and within budget. Plans
  • Manages change requests and scope as well as project’s issues and risks. Leads directly technical team from different functions in large size projects
  • Analyses project data such as cost and schedule variance as well as quality indicators and recommends corrective action.
  • Identifies Resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities to carry out the project deliverable successfully with complete customer satisfaction.
  • maintains and manages project schedule and budget
  • secure acceptance and approval of deliverable from the customers.
  • Manage/supervise the Implementation team in performing delegated tasks.
  • Responsible to construct, advice, lead, follow-up, and motivate the project team members to work together in the most efficient manner and with fullest potential.
  • Set/Follow up with Implementers the effective cycle of approvals & Documentation
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope to ensure of applying the company project management methodology on all project deliverable to be complete, verified, accurate, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Ensure effective communication with the stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
