Job Description
- Maintains customer satisfaction by setting correct customer expectations and managing proactively
- Ensures project delivered with agreed upon project scope and within budget. Plans
- Manages change requests and scope as well as project’s issues and risks. Leads directly technical team from different functions in large size projects
- Analyses project data such as cost and schedule variance as well as quality indicators and recommends corrective action.
- Identifies Resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities to carry out the project deliverable successfully with complete customer satisfaction.
- maintains and manages project schedule and budget
- secure acceptance and approval of deliverable from the customers.
- Manage/supervise the Implementation team in performing delegated tasks.
- Responsible to construct, advice, lead, follow-up, and motivate the project team members to work together in the most efficient manner and with fullest potential.
- Set/Follow up with Implementers the effective cycle of approvals & Documentation
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope to ensure of applying the company project management methodology on all project deliverable to be complete, verified, accurate, current, and stored appropriately.
- Ensure effective communication with the stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
