Job Description
- Build and maintain a strong client’s data base.
- Self-generation of reasonable number of daily leads.
- Contact and follow up with all leads and report each lead’s status.
- Identify and seize new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure full projects knowledge and awareness and updated inventory availability.
- Contact potential customers, present company’s profile and/or products and conduct all needed site visits.
- Maintain strong customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Provide clients with professional consultation in finding the right unit by providing all necessary marketing material, discuss options and answer any inquires.
- Escalate received clients cases/issues to Sales/Assistant Manager.
- Search for potential channels and discuss suggestions with Sales Assistant Manager.
- Update own market knowledge and current or potential competition.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
