Job Description

  • Build and maintain a strong client’s data base.
  • Self-generation of reasonable number of daily leads.
  • Contact and follow up with all leads and report each lead’s status.
  • Identify and seize new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure full projects knowledge and awareness and updated inventory availability.
  • Contact potential customers, present company’s profile and/or products and conduct all needed site visits.
  • Maintain strong customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Provide clients with professional consultation in finding the right unit by providing all necessary marketing material, discuss options and answer any inquires.
  • Escalate received clients cases/issues to Sales/Assistant Manager.
  • Search for potential channels and discuss suggestions with Sales Assistant Manager.
  • Update own market knowledge and current or potential competition.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports.
  • Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
