Job Description
Sales Consultant constitutes the central person of all customer-facing activities in the retail and carries out all customer-relevant sales activities (front- and backend).
Identifies specific customer wishes or requests to put together a customized offer.
Prepares, conducts, and follows up on acquisition talks as well as finalizes vehicle orders, and completes a purchase.
Stays in touch with the customer during the delivery time and processes possible changes in the contract. Finally, prepares and conducts a vehicle handover, completes documentation, and initiates a repurchase.
Focuses on consultation of existing customers or visitors with high purchase intention (hot leads). In order to establish a long-term customer relationship, every Sales Consultant has a clearly defined group of personally assigned customers.
Furthermore, Sales Consultant is able to delegate tasks towards its supporting sales team (e.g., Product expert) and perform those tasks which are relevant for a high conversion rate.
