Job Description

The sales engineer will join our sales and marketing department at our
office. The sales engineer’s duties will be:

  • Searching for new customers and creating leads with them.
  • Meeting set targets for leads created, offers submitted, and POs
    obtained.
  • Continuously obtaining new requests for quotes from new customers and
    existing ones.
  • Usually following up on the status of offers submitted to customers
    to secure a PO.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to identify their needs and
    concerns and responding to them well.
  • Visiting customers and sites continuously to position the company to
    obtain more business (you are expected to travel weekly to different
    cities if needed).
  • Reporting activities and progress weekly.
  • Submitting weekly status reports.
  • Communicate and follow up with internal departments to obtain
    requested price offers and communicated modifications needed.
  • Being the representative of the company in front of the customer and
    being the representative of the customer in front of the internal
    departments within the company.
  • Attending FAT tests with customers.
