Job Description
The sales engineer will join our sales and marketing department at our
office. The sales engineer’s duties will be:
- Searching for new customers and creating leads with them.
- Meeting set targets for leads created, offers submitted, and POs
obtained. - Continuously obtaining new requests for quotes from new customers and
existing ones. - Usually following up on the status of offers submitted to customers
to secure a PO. - Communicating effectively with customers to identify their needs and
concerns and responding to them well. - Visiting customers and sites continuously to position the company to
obtain more business (you are expected to travel weekly to different
cities if needed). - Reporting activities and progress weekly.
- Submitting weekly status reports.
- Communicate and follow up with internal departments to obtain
requested price offers and communicated modifications needed. - Being the representative of the company in front of the customer and
being the representative of the customer in front of the internal
departments within the company. - Attending FAT tests with customers.
