  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets within assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand business reach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any client issues promptly.
  • Experience in carton boxes or packaging is a must.
