Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets within assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand business reach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Experience in carton boxes or packaging is a must.
