Job Description

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Building relationships and maintaining constant communication with current and potential customers.
  • Preparation and pre-arrangement of any papers or documents that the client may need to conduct agreements and conclude contracts.
  • A detailed explanation of all the products and services offered by the company and encouraging customers to acquire them.
  • Prepare clear action plans (daily/weekly/monthly) and conduct periodic improvements on them.
