Job Description

  • Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training needs for team members.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and report findings to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales team members.
