Job Description

  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for team members.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints effectively.
