Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in React to lead the development of a scalable and intuitive ERP web application. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement dynamic user interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences for enterprise resource planning (ERP) modules like finance, inventory, sales, and HR.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for ERP modules using React.
  2. Implement reusable and modular components for dashboards, forms, and data visualizations.
  3. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs for real-time data synchronization.
  4. Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure interfaces align with user needs and business goals.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and refine functional requirements.
  6. Optimize rendering performance for complex ERP workflows and large datasets.
  7. Ensure the application is fast, reliable, and scalable for high-volume enterprise usage.
  8. Guide and mentor junior developers on React best practices and ERP-specific challenges.
  9. Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve team efficiency.
