Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced developer with a strong background in both Power Platform development and Full Stack web technologies. 

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in building scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to guide junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
 

Please note: This role may require occasional travel based on project needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable front-end architectures and secure back-end applications.
  • Build Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and automate workflows using Power Automate.
  • Develop custom logic using JavaScript, C#, and Power Fx.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution from requirements to deployment.
  • Integrate REST APIs, custom connectors, and external systems (SharePoint, Azure, HR platforms).
  • Customize and extend model-driven apps using Ribbon Workbench and PCF controls.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
  • Manage ALM processes, DevOps pipelines, and Dataverse environment configurations.
  • Write and maintain unit tests and ensure high code quality standards.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in Power Platform and modern web development.
