Location: Remote 
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Short-term project (with potential for future freelance work)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to test our e-commerce website and internal admin panel, ensuring a smooth and bug-free experience across all pages, features, and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, order management, CRM, analytics, and marketing tools).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing across our e-commerce site and admin dashboard
  • Test all functionalities: product listing, cart, checkout, user registration, login, order flow, etc.
  • Test third-party integrations: payment gateways, shipping APIs, email/SMS notifications, analytics tools, CRM, and marketing plugins
  • Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity levels
  • Conduct cross-browser and device testing (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Validate UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and usability
  • Provide structured feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Collaborate with developers and the project manager to re-test fixed issues
