About the role:
The Senior Sales Account Manager  will be responsible to spearhead our sales initiatives between Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Based in Cairo headquarters, this role is pivotal in developing and nurturing key client relationships in KSA while overseeing a Riyadh-based team member. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Saudi market, understand cross-border client dynamics, and be prepared to travel regularly to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts across various sectors within the region.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners in KSA.
  • Supervise and support the Sales Account Manager in Riyadh to align efforts with company targets.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and close deals in line with business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Odoo to track pipeline activities, client interactions, and reporting.
  • Deliver detailed sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress reports to the CEO/GM.
  • Travel to Saudi Arabia (1–2 times monthly) for client meetings, project follow-ups, and business development.
