Job Description
Showroom Experience:
- Warmly greet and engage visitors, providing a professional and personalized experience.
- Conduct informative presentations on Aumil’s brand, products, and services.
- Actively listen to customer needs, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations.
- Answer inquiries and address concerns in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Lead Generation and Management:
- Capture accurate lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and interests.
- Assign leads to appropriate sales representatives or external fabricators.
- Proactively follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to schedule showroom appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track lead progress and ensure a seamless handoff.
Marketing Support:
- Develop and execute initiatives to increase showroom traffic, such as promotional events or partnerships.
- Monitor and report on showroom performance metrics, including visitor numbers, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Manage inventory of Aumil’s promotional materials and giveaways.
- Assist with logistical tasks for CSR events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content, such as social media posts or blog articles, showcasing Aumil’s products and brand values.
Experience Needed:
1 To 3 Years
