Social Media Specialist
Job Description
- A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram,to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. our social media specialist will also monitor site metrics, edit through our shopify e commerce website.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create calendars and content schedules with graphic designer.
- Collaborate with marketing department and sales through our retail shops.
