Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate MEAN Stack Developer Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. You will leverage your expertise in React, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js (MEAN stack) to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
– Leadership & Mentorship:**
– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MEAN stack developers.
– Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
– Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
– Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for the team.
– Technical Expertise:**
– Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable code using React, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
– Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
– Collaboration & Communication:**
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, QA engineers, and DevOps.
– Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
