Join Apple’s Identity Management Services (IdMS) team as a Software Engineer and be part of building the next generation of innovative, high-scale software applications. We are looking for a passionate and driven engineer with experience in developing and deploying large-scale, high-demand systems. In this role, you’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle-from architecture and design to implementation, testing, and maintenance. You will contribute to developing new product features, enhancing existing functionality, and driving performance and code quality improvements. As part of the IdMS team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including business stakeholders, engineering peers, QA teams, product managers, and human interface designers. Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in application development.
- 4+ years in Core Java, JEE, and multi-threaded programming and object-oriented design principles.
- 1+ years experience in APIs and HTTP(S) and RESTful architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineer degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Skilled in designing and developing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Experience building mobile-responsive web applications, with a focus on cross-browser compatibility.
- Well-versed in software engineering best practices, including design patterns and enterprise architecture.
- Experience in ReactJS, TypeScript, and web development toolchains including Webpack and Jest.
- Experience in data-driven web development, with solid knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture, concurrent programming, and implementation of efficient data structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and a demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability in project delivery.
