Software Sales Representative – ERP Systems

Job Description

  • Assist in generating leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Support in maintaining and updating the customer database and follow-up schedules
  • Attend introductory meetings with clients and participate in sales presentations
  • Understand basic customer needs (technical and business-related) in coordination with the technical team
  • Coordinate with the senior sales team to deliver proposals and help close small or supporting deals
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
