Technical Testing Team Leader (QA Lead)
Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Lead to manage and guide the testing team in delivering high-quality, bug-free releases. You will be responsible for defining testing strategies, automating test cases, managing test environments, and ensuring product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing manual and automated tests for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA processes.
- Coordinate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
- Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain testing tools, environments, and documentation.
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to QA team members.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in Agile environments.
